Don't Systematize Your Sales Process

I didn’t systematize my sales process until I knew what I was doing. 

I see a lot of people trying to make their sales process as efficient as possible to make more sales. 

And they do this before actually learning HOW to consistently close new business. 

Before trying to implement state-of-the-art videos, landing pages, scheduling links, etc., make sure you: 

• Are likable 

• Know what pain your prospect is feeling 

• Understand WHY you are in business in the first place 

• Know the main objective(s) you hope to achieve from the sales call 

Fancy systems and technology work, that's why people use them. 

But they don't work when your foundation is weak. 

Build a strong foundation, then add the systems & processes on top of it.
